I bought 2 based on the previous feedbacks because folks liked these warmers so much. Everything is stainless - hard to tell in the pictures and the lids came crystal clear...but I know the dishwasher will cloud these covers up so just keep in mind to hand wash them. The containers are slightly smaller than a shoe box only in depth but took 2 skillet fulls of scrambled eggs with room for more. When my company went up for seconds their plates came to the table steamy and hot. No hot spots that I can tell and the high temp was too hot - so med. heat kept the food just right but I liked the option of making things hotter if I needed. Overall very very pleased and my company oooed and ahhhhed over their professional appearance.
