Conditional, as it does the job, but how long will it last?
I too grind chicken necks to feed to dogs and while it did grind the 40# I fed it, it certainly did get warm and does not sound very robust.
So, it did do the job, but I must wonder how long the motor will last?
I have ground 1400 pounds of necks in the largest Cabela's hand grinder over the last several years, and finally decided that my shoulder would take no more. The reviews I read here from the fellow chicken neck grinders led me to this product.
One other note: The blade on this grinder is very different from the hand grinder. On the hand grinder, there was more of an angle to the edge, and I found that by sharpening it on a flat stone, it would make the job easier. On this grinder, the blade edges are ~90 degrees, so sharpening does little good.
As other reviews stated, this product is certainly NOT "professional" grade. I do think it would be much stronger if not grinding something as tough as chicken necks.
Time will tell.

Waring Pro MG800 Professional Meat Grinder, Brushed Stainless SteelFresh ground sausages, pates, meats for chili, and fish for soups can all be prepared at home with this professional quality meat grinder. Solid and sturdy, the beautiful brushed stainless-steel housing should last a lifetime. An extra-large, die-cast hopper holds a generous amount of cubed or sliced meat, which is then fed into the grinder tube with a long plastic pusher. Three metal cutting plates are included: fine, for spreads, pates, hamburger, and baby food; medium, for soup-related textures; and coarse, for ground meat used in chili. Fish and vegetables can also be ground with the appliance. Stored inside the pusher are two sausage attachments, which allow meats and spices to be combined for thin or plump sausages (recipes for Cajun, Italian, venison and other sausages are included in the user guide). Covered by a five-year warranty, the 450-watt motor works effortlessly and operates with a simple on/off/reverse switch. With the hopper attached, the grinder measures 10 by 13-1/4 by 8 inches.
