The images of this waffle maker with the stainless steel construction are misleading. This is far from something that would be professional. The construction of this is very cheap and connections are made with thin black plastic. Mine broke instantly from the weak connection of the handle rest area. The metal on this is paper thin. It is just a cosmetic shell with a weak armature. It does make great waffles as long as it has not fallen apart yet. Another company selling something with planned obsolescence so when it breaks you throw it out and go buy another one.
